3 · ID document and selfie

Upload the front, back and selfie as three separate files. The entire ID document must be clearly legible. For the selfie, face the camera in good lighting without filters.

Photos larger than 3 MB are automatically reduced on your device before sending. Your original files remain unchanged. After reduction, the three files combined must not exceed 10 MB. PDF files are not reduced. If a HEIC/HEIF photo cannot be processed, choose JPG or PNG. Accepted images: JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or HEIF. ID copies may also be PDFs. The files are emailed as attachments to info@meinroller.ch.

Confirmation

The form is sent through FormSubmit. According to the provider, form data is retained there for up to 30 days; uploaded files are not kept in the form archive. Information: Meinroller.ch privacy policy and FormSubmit privacy policy. This form does not automatically subscribe you to advertising.

Submitting an application does not guarantee financing. Terms and approval are confirmed separately.

Check your documents before sending

Prepare the three files on your device before filling in the financing application. Open each image and check its orientation. Cropped edges, blur or reflections make documents harder to read. Choose the correct file for the front, back and selfie; filenames alone do not confirm the contents.

Enter the actual move-in dates for your residential addresses. If you have moved several times in the last two years, add the previous addresses in chronological order. The form displays further fields based on your details. Have the previous postcodes and house numbers ready as well.

Finally, check your phone number and email address for typing errors. In the optional vehicle field, enter the model name or product link so we can identify your request. After sending, wait for confirmation. For questions about a submitted application, use the contact details on this page.
