No flat speed limit
Depending on the type of vehicle, different technical and legal requirements apply to electric vehicles. The previously mentioned range of 20–23 km/h is not a general release. Decisive are the permissible values of your specific model and the applicable regulations.

Check the electric scooter software suitable for the vehicle
A change in the electric scooter software must fit the specific model and its version. The post is therefore not a guide to transfer a foreign file to the scooter or to modify settings themselves. The assignment is based on the vehicle data and the previously announced action. If your scooter is part of this, we'll figure it out before an appointment confirmation.
First, describe with your request what you observe in everyday life. Does the abnormality occur immediately after switching on or only during use? Is a message visible? Has your behavior changed in the past? Keep such observations in writing without making any additional driving attempts if the scooter reacts noticeably or unsafely.
So you prepare the workshop contact
Find out the existing purchase documents and the model specifications. A readable photo of the display or an externally accessible label may shorten queries. Do not open any components for this. Just send us the information that is relevant for the assignment and the described unusualness.
At the agreed contact, we clarify the next step and whether the scooter is needed for testing on the spot. Also check in advance which documents or accessories you should bring.
